Restorative Yoga Online

Join me each month to release stress and muscle tension & find your calm and grounded center. Restorative Yoga utilizes props (blankets, bolsters, blocks) to fully support your body while you rest for extended periods of time. For props, get creative with what you have at home! Use couch cushions for bolsters, and stacks of books for blocks. This embodied practice reduces stress hormones, lowers blood pressure, improves circulation, and more.
