What to Expect in Rainbow Love:
In this program, you will complete a very achievable 14-Day Mindfulness Meditation challenge that includes positive affirmations and self-reflection prompts.
If meditation is new for you, Rainbow Love is the perfect way to begin! This program starts with 2 minutes each day and progressively works up to 10 minutes each day. You can do it!!
Why 10 minutes?
Research has shown that even brief periods of mindfulness meditation can improve your executive attention. (Source: Yale University, Departments of Psychiatry and Psychology.)
What other benefits does meditation and a positive attitude provide?
