I've created a system to guide you through the process of building your emotional resilience. It's called the "We Are Resilient Queers" Framework, which incorporates 10 years of teaching Yoga & Mindfulness, 13 years of Parenting mindfully, 12 years of working in Human Resources, plus Positive Psychology principles.

My Framework includes 3 main pillars (Curiosity, Self-Compassion, and Confidence), and 3 steps under each pillar.

This Roadmap walks you through the 9 steps of my Framework and includes:

  • Name Your Emotions: Studies have found that labeling your emotions improves decision-making AND reduces fear and anxiety, leading to less stress & better health.
