In addition to my classes and workshops, I am also available to teach private sessions focused on stress reduction and mind-body wellness for adults, kids, teens & families.
Sessions are tailored to address your unique needs and can include basic yoga poses, restorative poses, mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, etc. Sessions can also be tailored to address special needs such as Pregnancy, Injuries, ADHD, Autism, and Anxiety.
