In addition to my classes and workshops, I am also available to teach private sessions and lead workshops focused on stress reduction and mind-body-spiritual wellness for adults, teens & families.
Sessions are tailored to address your unique needs and can include basic yoga poses, restorative yoga, mindfulness practices, guided meditation, relaxation and grounding techniques, transformational coaching that includes identifying old agreements and limiting beliefs, releasing stuck energy, creating new intentions and goals, and guided shamanic journeys.
Sessions can also be tailored to address special needs such as Life Transitions, Menopause, Pregnancy, Injuries, ADHD, Autism, and Anxiety.
