Restorative Yoga Online

Join me each week to release stress and muscle tension & find your calm and grounded center during this time of great change. Restorative Yoga utilizes props to fully support your body while you rest for extended periods of time. For props, get creative with what you have at home! This therapeutic practice has the ability to reduce stress hormones, lower blood pressure, improve circulation, and more.

Tween Yoga Classes Online

This class is designed to help students reduce stress and anxiety through specific calming yoga & mindfulness practices. Includes a Mindful Art project every 4-6 weeks.


This is a great class to help you develop your yoga and mindfulness practice and make new friends! Ages 9-13 welcome!
