Restorative Yoga Online
Join me each week/month to release stress and muscle tension & find your calm and grounded center during this time of great change. Restorative Yoga utilizes props (blankets, bolsters, blocks) to fully support your body while you rest for extended periods of time. For props, get creative with what you have at home! Use couch cushions for bolsters, and stacks of books for blocks. This embodied practice reduces stress hormones, lowers blood pressure, improves circulation, and more.

Tween/Teen Yoga & Art Online
This class is designed to help students reduce stress and anxiety through calming yoga & mindfulness practices. Includes a Mindful Art project every 4-6 weeks. This is a great class to help you develop your yoga and mindfulness practice and make new friends! Ages 10-15 welcome!
